Aufgaben
- Build and manage data processes, governance, and system landscape
- Shape the vision for future data management setup
- Drive the data journey within Global Manufacturing and Supply
- Define and implement cross-functional processes and RACI
- Identify, collect, consolidate, and cleanse master data from various sources
- Create and update data points
- Ensure uninterrupted data sharing among systems
- Communicate master data accurately and timely to 3PL partners and Sobi affiliates
- Map source and user systems for each data point
- Develop and implement data integration strategies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement ways of working
- Report data quality, data sharing, and improvement steps regularly
- Initiate and lead process, system, and role improvements
- Collaborate with IT and software teams to design data solutions
- Visualize data points, processes, and systems for business impact
- Train stakeholders on data management importance and efficient collaboration
- Maintain data-related change controls and SOP updates
- Develop and implement efficient governance for documentation
- Define a framework for self-inspection on data accuracy
