- Run phishing simulation programs
- Follow up on training and simulation results
- Triage incident escalations
- Respond to security incidents
- Drive incidents to resolution
- Escalate incidents as needed
- Own analyst-level security tasks
- Support recurring operational work
- Build relationships with stakeholders
- Conduct vendor due diligence
- Work on security initiatives
- Follow security policies and procedures
