Aufgaben
- Create tools strategy for Customer Relationship Management tooling
- Configure and maintain omnichannel routing and AI features
- Update and maintain help center themes and self-service flows
- Develop and maintain procedural and technical documentation
- Administrate tools daily, including user setup and customization
- Customize fields, forms, views, business rules, workflows, and notifications
- Implement and support new system rollouts and maintenance
- Ensure data quality in Customer Relationship Management tooling
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and escalations
- Manage new user accounts, licenses, and permissions
- Train new and current users
- Assist with data imports, exports, and updates
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams and stakeholders
- Contribute fresh ideas to improve processes
- Pursue personal and professional growth through workshops
