  • Act as a strategic advisor to customers on MongoDB best practices
  • Provide guidance on customer technology strategy
  • Run enablement sessions for customers
  • Advise customers on optimizing their technical environment
  • Recommend product features to accelerate customer value
  • Collect customer feedback and identify roadblocks
  • Inform internal teams on product and go-to-market improvements
  • Act as a liaison between customers and product engineering
  • Develop new innovative solutions with product engineering
  • Contribute to the product roadmap
  • De-escalate and resolve critical customer issues
  • Find optimal solutions for customer and MongoDB
  • Navigate customer outages with financial impact
  • Help application teams devise custom MongoDB solutions
  • Build and execute account plans
  • Mitigate risk and drive growth across customer portfolio
  • Lead executive business reviews for strategic customers
  • Interface with C-suite executives and technical leaders
  • Align to business objectives with strategic customers
  • Agree to mutual success plans with strategic customers
  • Work on strategic internal projects to build Customer Success program
  • Create and teach best practices to the organization
  • Document customer interactions in internal systems
  • Provide feedback to leadership on customer account health signals
  • Adjust engagement strategies based on customer signals
  • Manage relationships with Sales Leadership and Account Executives
  • Report on business performance to sales leadership
  • Train sales teams on best practices
  • Roll out program updates to sales teams
  • Forecast expected churn and growth
  • Interview and onboard new team members
  • Ramp new team members
  • Act as a leader among peers
  • Run enablement sessions for team members
  • Facilitate product certifications for team members
  • Contribute to team meetings to foster growth
