Anforderungen
- •Experience in Customer Success or similar
- •Experience owning a customer portfolio
- •Ability to explain complex product features
- •Comfort discussing reporting and operational processes
- •Experience in startup or scale-up environments
- •Strong prioritization and customer management skills
- •Exposure to customer success metrics
- •Fluency in English, German, or French
- •Experience in hospitality tech or PMS
- •Understanding of hospitality KPIs
- •Exposure to finance or accounting discussions
- •Experience advising on technology stack decisions
- •Familiarity with CRM systems
- •Experience working cross-functionally with Product teams

- •Manage a portfolio of small to mid-sized hospitality customers
- •Support customers from onboarding through to long-term expansion
- •Improve operational workflows and reporting accuracy
- •Drive revenue KPIs and performance visibility for operators
- •Serve as the primary contact for product and integration questions
- •Identify portfolio risks and opportunities to improve retention
- •Coordinate smooth customer handovers with Sales and Onboarding
- •Share customer feedback and product gaps with internal teams
- •Maintain structured documentation within the HubSpot CRM
- •Develop scalable processes and best practices for the team
