Anforderungen
- •Proactive mindset and customer success passion
- •Experience as Customer Success or Account Manager
- •Experience in data analysis and reporting
- •Proficiency with CRM systems
- •Strong verbal adaptability and communication skills
- •Fluency in English and German
- •Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
- •Valid driver’s license
- •Affinity with hospitality industry (plus)
- •Willingness to travel in DACH region
- •Residence in or around Munich (preferred)

- •Analyze data-driven insights to enhance shop performance
- •Tailor solutions to specific hotel and market needs
- •Align internal and external teams for task execution
- •Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- •Shape local pricing and promotional strategies
- •Contribute to the evolution of the growing department
