- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or client-facing role
- Experience with diverse internal/external stakeholders
- Exceptional English and Spanish communication skills
- Empathetic, positive attitude, customer-focused
- Flexible approach, comfortable with uncertainty/change
- Ability to manage 15-20 accounts
- Experience in loyalty/promotion industry or marketing

- Connect marketing goals with API-driven product
- Explain complex product configurations
- Collaborate with Technical Account Managers
- Work with the development team to integrate Talon.One
- Troubleshoot technical issues
- Communicate with diverse audiences
- Document and share customer information
- Create training resources
- Reduce support tickets
- Drive customer retention and growth
- Handle upsell and renewal conversations
- Prepare and deliver strategic value
- Deliver business value daily
