Customer Success Manager, Senior Manager - Nonprofit(m/w/x)
Orchestrating Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud deliverables for IT and business leaders. Minimum 7 years technical customer success or SaaS platform experience required. AI agent acceleration, balance support.
Anforderungen
- Minimum 7 years experience in Technical Customer Success, Salesforce CRM or SaaS platform use, project leadership, technology solutions development, technical solutions, or solutions architecture
- Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud or competing platform experience
- 4+ years management consulting experience
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Skills for analyzing technical concepts and translating to business terms
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in business terms
- Knowledge of software development process and design methodologies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams for customer needs resolution
- Experience working with NGO customers
- Salesforce product certifications are a plus
- Knowledge of Salesforce products and features
- Experience working with Enterprise-level customers
- Occasional travel to customer sites
- Availability for after-hour or weekend coverage
Aufgaben
- Serve as single point of customer accountability
- Orchestrate all Signature deliverables and experiences
- Cultivate stakeholder relationships with IT and business leaders
- Help customers achieve business goals on Salesforce
- Coordinate completion of Signature Success services
- Provide proactive Salesforce feature guidance
- Advise on adoption of new Salesforce features
- Identify potential challenges and risks in implementation
- Communicate value of Signature Success
- Ensure collaborators understand Signature Success value
- Advocate for customers in high-severity case resolution
- Assist with timely resolution of high-severity issues
