Customer Service Specialist Jewellery(m/w/x)
Coordinating wholesale customer service for Italian and other European markets, managing sample orders and pricelists. AS400 or Stealth experience required. 4-day work week, company car for private use.
Anforderungen

- University Degree
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Any other European language (plus)

Aufgaben
- Execute and coordinate customer service activities in wholesale direct markets, especially Italy
- Provide Guess partners with necessary tools and information
- Assist customer service activities for other wholesale markets
- Supervise sample orders and follow up on shipments
- Communicate pricelist information
- Manage and monitor daily incoming orders
- Check order notes, typologies, delivery terms, invoicing data, and destinations
- Set up new customer data and check reliability with Credit Department and Sales Team
- Update existing customer master database
- Support the sales team with digital platform issues
- Send order confirmations
- Manage shipments for assigned clients, including pre-shipment documents and proforma invoices
- Manage master instructions for customer special requirements, interacting with all involved company areas
- Resolve claims, return and replacement requests, and credit notes
- Verify payment terms and commercial conditions for reorders
- Release goods for shipments and follow delivery flow for reorders
- Ensure fluent shipping activity for POP materials
- Provide customers with invoices, packing lists, and pickup details
- Prepare orders/shipments reports for agencies
- Monitor credit and blocks status
- Interface with sales, finance, credit, logistics, marketing, IT, retail, and pricing departments
- Maintain front and back-end systems for the jewellery line
