As an Associate Digital Planner, you will focus on creating seasonal merchandise plans and collaborating with various teams to optimize inventory and forecasting. This role involves analyzing business data and driving initiatives that enhance the digital strategy.

Anforderungen

• •A few years’ experience as merchandise planner or similar role
• •Bachelor’s degree
• •Fluency in English; other languages a plus
• •Proven experience in merchandise planning in a multi-unit national chain
• •Strong analytical skills for retail reports
• •Advanced computer skills including Excel and retail applications

Aufgaben

• •Create and manage seasonal merchandise plans
• •Utilize history, sales trends, and market information for forecasting
• •Select and quantify assortments in partnership with Merchandising
• •Drive the Category Open-To-Buy process for EMEA websites and marketplaces
• •Identify and manage risks and opportunities to meet goals
• •Build strong cross-department partnerships within the Planning Team
• •Ensure alignment on DTC strategy, inventory levels, and forecasts
• •Conduct regular business analysis, both planned and ad hoc
• •Manage weekly and monthly merchandise reports
• •Develop new reports as needed
• •Assist or lead special projects to improve processes and business
