- Summarize KPIs and highlight key drivers
- Reforecast sales, margin, and inventory
- Collaborate on in-season adjustments
- Provide data inputs for promotional planning
- Monitor performance during campaigns
- Support end-of-season markdown strategy
- Maintain planning databases and tools
- Ensure data accuracy and system integrity
- Communicate with buying, allocation, and operations teams
- Define size curves and execute stock phasing
- Estimate buy quantities based on historical data
