- Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, International Trade, Languages, or Sales
- Minimum 2 years operational experience as customer service/sales administration assistant
- MS Office skills: Word, Excel proficiency
- ERP: SAGE preferred
- English and French verbal and written skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Customer Service orientation
- Ability to work in fast-changing environment with international contacts
Aufgaben
- Manage customer interactions
- Handle inquiries and complaints
- Oversee order management
- Coordinate with logistics teams
- Ensure high customer satisfaction
- Maintain a positive, empathetic attitude
- Communicate with customers via email and phone
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Register and manage customer orders
- Frame customer orders
- Register and manage supplier POs
- Track PO delivery dates
- Review invoices against POs
- Approve payments to Finance
- Meet delivery dates
- Inform customers of delays
- Update ERP with delivery status
- Send shipping documents to customers
- Coordinate customer forecasts with Demand Planning
- Participate in quarterly business reviews
- Acknowledge customer complaints
- Log complaints in the system
- Store relevant information for investigation
- Participate in complaint investigations
- Collaborate with Quality, Logistics, and external partners
- Provide timely and efficient solutions
- Show openness to continuous improvement
- Contribute to process optimization
- Participate in projects to enhance processes and satisfaction
