- •Advanced knowledge of SAP and MS Office
- •Experience in customer service or sales

- •Capture and execute sales orders accurately
- •Provide first-line support for customer inquiries
- •Resolve customer queries within set targets
- •Collaborate with internal supply chain and finance teams
- •Process rebates, commissions, and sample orders in SAP
- •Monitor open orders and identify potential problems
- •Inform customers of delivery or pricing deviations
- •Communicate order status and quality of service
- •Manage consignment stock reconciliation and invoicing
- •Issue pro-forma invoices and customer quotations
- •Follow up on customer payment reminders
- •Manage letters of credit with relevant departments
- •Maintain and clean up SAP order processes
