- Communicate professionally and solution-oriented with customers
- Coordinate closely with customers on order books and delivery schedules
- Collaborate with internal teams like Production, Logistics, and Finance
- Ensure compliance with Incoterms and customs regulations
- Assist in resolving delivery, shipping, and invoicing discrepancies
- Maintain customer master data and order-related information
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes
