Aufgaben
- Respond to customer and supplier inquiries
- Process support requests via phone and ticket system
- Guide users in daily software use
- Support users in resolving issues independently
- Analyze and resolve complex technical cases
- Escalate complex technical cases to colleagues
- Proactively inform customers about request progress
- Ensure accurate and timely follow-ups
- Document FAQs and insights for knowledge base
- Expand knowledge of purchasing, ERP, and platform
- Apply expanded knowledge in customer interactions
