- Develop and implement scalable customer programs
- Monitor customer health to boost retention
- Launch scaled campaigns to drive upsells
- Analyze data to identify common blockers
- Proactively suggest improvements to existing processes
- Deliver best practices to maximize product value
- Create and iterate 1-to-many engagement strategies
- Host webinars, office hours, and consultations
- Partner with cross-functional teams on customer experience
- Manage a book of 500 to 1000 accounts
- Identify risks and opportunities using internal dashboards
- Maintain high data hygiene in Salesforce and CS tools
