- Support delivery of inspection and laboratory services
- Coordinate global product line operations for clients
- Manage client enquiries regarding services
- Liaise with SGS affiliates worldwide
- Monitor service progress
- Review inspection documentation and certificates
- Analyze and cross-check inspection data
- Ensure compliance with protocols and policies
- Coordinate billing procedures with SGS affiliates
- Generate client invoices
- Maintain job files per internal controls
- Assist with accounts receivable activities
