- •Build a satisfying first-contact service experience
- •Generate and execute ideas for process optimization
- •Drive cost savings through service automation
- •Coordinate with outsourcing partners to optimize performance
- •Liaise between external workforces and internal technical teams
- •Partner with cross-functional departments to improve customer journeys
- •Develop process improvements to enhance overall satisfaction
