- Integrate innovations into customer-ready solutions
- Champion a forward-looking roadmap for innovation leadership
- Act as a technical and creative brand ambassador
- Lead technical input for collaborative customer briefs
- Present creative and technical concepts to partners
- Oversee the Flavorist School and training programs
- Drive best practices and internal communication channels
- Provide subject-matter expertise in high-growth domains
- Promote technical knowledge sharing and digital tool enhancement
- Lead and represent the European flavor creation community
- Inspire and motivate diverse teams toward excellence
- Build talent pipelines and share global best practices
- Train regional team members on new technologies
