Anforderungen
- At least 2 years B2B sales experience in UK/Ireland
- Partnership, key account, or B2B sales experience, ideally in office furniture/manufacturer
- Structured and reliable working, strong communication skills
- Hands-on approach and enjoyment of getting things done
- Solution-focused mindset and high personal responsibility
- Confidence using CRM systems (Odoo or similar)
- Process mindset and continuous improvement orientation
- Willingness to travel within UK (around 20%)
- Experience organizing events, trade fairs, or customer-facing activities
- Fluent or native-level English
Aufgaben
- Build strong, long-term relationships with retail partners
- Expand market presence in the UK and Ireland
- Conduct consistent sales activity
- Participate in trade fairs
- Organize your own events
- Conduct regular partner visits
- Execute the UK and Ireland partner strategy
- Develop new sales channels and partnerships
- Support partners with pricing, offers, and deal structures
- Maintain regular communication with partners
- Follow up on quotes and projects
- Deliver commercial and marketing initiatives
- Provide product training to partners
- Implement in-store campaigns
- Organize participation in key UK furniture fairs
- Ensure effective use of the London showroom
- Collect and share market feedback internally
- Keep Odoo systems up-to-date
- Support retailers with claims and after-sales issues
- Maintain a strong relationship with the UK sales agent
