- Success in consultative, value-based selling models
- Network within Swiss luxury hospitality industry
- Strong executive presence and C-level engagement
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Strategic mindset and customer value translation
- High autonomy and strong collaboration skills
- Fluency in French, English, and German
- Valid Swiss work permit
- Valid Swiss driving license and travel willingness

- Translate customer challenges into tailored Ecolab programs
- Expand value share within existing and new partnerships
- Build trusted relationships with owners and executives
- Advise leaders on hygiene, sustainability, and efficiency
- Lead C-level discussions on contracts and partnerships
- Champion the Total Value Delivered approach
- Integrate on-site service with innovative solutions
- Deploy digitally enabled insights and monitoring tools
- Implement standardized yet flexible hygiene programs
- Provide training and capability-building for customer teams
- Align solutions with luxury brand standards
- Manage the strategic partnership with EHL Lausanne
- Represent Ecolab at luxury hospitality forums
- Collaborate internally to ensure flawless execution
- Share market insights and competitive intelligence
- Model Ecolab’s values and customer-centric mindset
