- Steer global R&D and Selling overheads
- Deliver monthly variance analysis and performance reviews
- Lead budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning
- Drive affordability challenges and HC planning logic
- Ensure accurate cost allocations and reporting standards
- Maintain transparency on P&L, balance sheet, and cash impacts
- Contribute to Group FP&A and strategic initiatives
- Standardize templates and automate reporting
- Enhance ERP and BI tools
