- Deploy best practices for global risk reviews.
- Ensure consistent and complete preparation of global risk reviews.
- Oversee the contract management process.
- Oversee bidding submissions.
- Oversee contract negotiations.
- Oversee document management as required.
- Develop project contractual strategies with Sales.
- Conduct project risk assessments with Sales.
- Develop cost provision considerations with Sales.
- Collaborate with sales on Frame Agreements.
- Oversee legal review of tender terms and conditions.
- Oversee updates to the Risk Review database.
- Actively participate in Risk Review preparation.
- Actively participate in Risk Review meetings.
- Support continuous improvement of contract and risk processes.
- Support improvements like revenue split agreements.
- Develop contract and risk management training programs.
- Maintain contract and risk management training programs.
- Contribute to Sales Operations Handbook updates.
- Support handover of contract and risk management aspects.
- Participate in project reviews.
- Identify contract and risk management aspects in reviews.
- Support defining mitigation strategies upon request.
- Participate in lessons learned exercises.
- Assess contract and risk management improvement areas.
- Outline contract and risk management improvement areas.
- Disseminate improvement actions within the organization.
- Support Legal in formal dispute resolution.
- Maintain overview of significant contractual issues.
- Track significant contractual issues.
- Communicate with business partners and management.
- Act as first contact for project commercial topics.
- Act as first contact for project tax topics.
- Act as first contact for project insurance topics.
- Act as first contact for project integrity topics.
