Aufgaben
- Advise teams, clients, and stakeholders on FIDIC contracts
- Review and analyze contract documents for FIDIC compliance
- Collaborate to develop FIDIC-aligned project plans and strategies
- Participate in tendering and procurement processes
- Ensure contract terms align with FIDIC standards
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections
- Monitor project progress and FIDIC compliance
- Assess and evaluate variations, claims, and disputes
- Provide technical recommendations following FIDIC procedures
- Review project schedules, milestones, and deliverables
- Ensure alignment with FIDIC contractual obligations
- Coordinate FIDIC contract meetings, workshops, and negotiations
- Document FIDIC activities, correspondence, approvals, and changes
- Provide technical support and guidance to the project team
- Address technical challenges and resolve issues
- Stay updated on FIDIC standards, guidelines, and best practices
