- Experience with or managing estimating tools/applications
- Strong experience with spreadsheets and databases

- Good command of written/spoken German and English

- Liaise with clients and project stakeholders
- Prepare cost estimates
- Administer contracts
- Manage contract variations
- Complete feasibility studies
- Write procurement reports
- Perform cost estimating and planning
- Produce final cost plans
- Present final cost plans
- Manage the pre-qualification stage
- Produce tender lists
- Prepare tender preliminaries
- Perform tender analysis
- Write tender reports
- Compile contractual documents
- Perform timely cost checks
- Conduct accurate valuations
- Produce monthly post-contract cost reports
- Present monthly cost reports to clients
- Engage with clients and consultants
- Manage post-contract cost variances
- Participate in change control processes
- Perform cost risk analysis
- Provide input for value engineering
- Negotiate final accounts
- Approve final accounts
- Maintain central feedback on cost estimating
- Capture learning from projects on cost estimating
- Contribute to updating estimating best practices
