- Implement sustainable process improvements
- Lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives
- Facilitate 5S and Value Stream Mapping workshops
- Support structured problem-solving sessions
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Optimize end-to-end processes
- Define and track KPIs
- Report KPIs for transparency
- Standardize processes
- Implement scalable best practices
