Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field
- •Minimum 3–5 years of procurement experience in construction or facilities sector
- •Expertise in Swiss public procurement procedures, Swiss Code of Obligation, SIA standards, and relevant regulations
- •Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills
- •Familiarity with construction contracts, supplier management, and procurement best practices
- •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- •Fluency in English and French
- •Proficiency in MS Office Suite and procurement/ERP systems
- •Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities

- •Manage end-to-end procurement processes for construction and facilities projects
- •Source and tender suppliers for construction and facilities needs
- •Negotiate contracts and agreements for favorable terms and pricing
- •Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors
- •Support project teams in selecting qualified suppliers and evaluating proposals
- •Ensure compliance with MSC’s procurement policies and standards
- •Conduct market analysis to identify potential suppliers and benchmark costs
- •Monitor supplier performance and resolve supply chain issues
- •Drive continuous improvement initiatives within procurement processes
- •Ensure timely delivery of materials and services for construction projects
- •Prepare procurement reports and maintain accurate records
- •Provide updates to the Corporate Procurement office
