Aufgaben
- Direct overall program success as the primary responsible individual
- Integrate European mission nuances into the global strategic vision
- Align programs with commercial, technical, and product roadmaps
- Represent the program to senior leadership and the company
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure program support and positioning
- Lead, manage, and hire the core program team
- Develop cross-company program priorities and processes
- Address and resolve blockers to program progress
- Manage and balance risks across engineering, launch, and operations
- Negotiate program requirement changes between customers and the company
- Coordinate internal requirement flow with engineering and sales
- Maintain program schedules and risk strategies with technical managers
- Develop financial management practices with finance and accounting teams
- Serve as the program ambassador to partners and the press
