- Drive the continuous improvement program rollout
- Identify capacity improvements to meet demand
- Enforce standard operating procedures across manufacturing
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback
- Coordinate refresher training for all employees
- Verify competencies of third-party on-site workers
- Report hazards and incidents to management
