Anforderungen

• •University degree in Engineering or related discipline
• •Lean certification as an asset
• •Eight years production experience with process management
• •Five years people management experience
• •Passion for operations and field understanding
• •Natural leadership and team engagement skills
• •Pragmatic approach to process optimization
• •Fluency in French and English
• •Knowledge in SAP and other systems
• •Compliance with beard-free safety and hygiene policy
• •Provision of a criminal record

Aufgaben

• •Manage production operations for fragrance products
• •Lead a team of three shift leaders
• •Monitor output volume and quality
• •Adjust equipment and timing for efficiency
• •Promote a strong EHS culture
• •Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
• •Verify availability of required materials
• •Prepare production reports to resolve performance issues
• •Implement internal control regulations and asset protection
• •Establish manufacturing processes and procedures
• •Drive the continuous improvement program rollout
• •Identify capacity improvements to meet demand
• •Enforce standard operating procedures across manufacturing
• •Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback
• •Coordinate refresher training for all employees
• •Verify competencies of third-party on-site workers
• •Report hazards and incidents to management
