Anforderungen

• University degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Economics, or (Business) Law
• Further qualifications in compliance or risk management advantageous
• In-depth knowledge of Swiss and European financial market regulations
• Familiarity with financial markets regulation in Asia, the UK, or the US considered a strong asset
• Professional experience in Compliance or Internal Audit within a banking environment essential
• Solid understanding of banking operations and trading products highly desirable
• Strong communication skills combined with personal assertiveness
• Ability to work independently while remaining a collaborative team player
• Communicative, self-driven, resilient, and confident in manner and approach
• Solution- and client-focused mindset
• Meticulousness and strong analytical capabilities

Aufgaben

• Act as a trusted advisor within Business Compliance
• Serve as the central competence center for market regulations
• Handle compliance queries related to market regulations
• Contribute to drafting policies and guidelines
• Conduct in-depth reviews of existing processes
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and governance bodies
• Work with subject-matter experts on complex cases
• Support key business initiatives related to market regulations
• Deliver training sessions to enhance risk awareness
