- Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Team player
- Proactive attitude and end-to-end execution ownership
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent knowledge in additional Office applications (e.g., SharePoint)
- Knowhow in Confluence, Jira, or similar tools is a plus
- Stress resistance
- Ability to cope with tight deadlines
- Ability to deliver independently under time pressure
- Good communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain sound stakeholder relationships
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Other languages are an advantage
Aufgaben
- Support design and implementation of new methodologies and frameworks
- Drive efficiency and informed decision-making in compliance projects
- Ensure disciplined delivery of Central Compliance key roadmap objectives
- Support Risk Type Owners in implementing regulatory developments and best practices
- Lead or participate in initiatives for Compliance Risk Management Framework
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor key roadmap initiatives and budget tracking
- Ensure alignment with business and compliance goals, timelines, and regulatory requirements
- Create professional presentation materials for various management levels
- Collaborate with stakeholders to track progress and identify dependencies
- Escalate issues proactively to ensure timely resolution
- Interact with senior stakeholders in Compliance and Business
- Engage with international locations of the Group
- Collaborate with partners across all three Lines of Defence
- Work with domestic and foreign Group affiliates
