Aufgaben
- Support design and implementation of new methodologies and frameworks
- Participate in cross-functional projects across the Bank
- Combine compliance knowledge with practical process design
- Drive efficiency and informed decision-making
- Ensure disciplined delivery of Central Compliance key roadmap objectives
- Support Risk Type Owners in implementing regulatory developments
- Integrate industry best practices into internal policies and controls
- Lead or participate in initiatives to set up new methodologies and standards
- Maintain the Compliance Risk Management Framework
- Coordinate resolution of regulatory, external, and internal audits
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor key roadmap initiatives
- Track budget and ensure alignment with business and compliance goals
- Create professional presentation materials for various management levels
- Collaborate with stakeholders to track progress and identify dependencies
- Escalate issues proactively
- Interact with senior stakeholders in Compliance and Business
- Collaborate with international Group locations
- Work with partners across all three Lines of Defence
- Engage with domestic and foreign Group affiliates
