- Create unforgettable consumer experiences across all channels
- Lead Consumer Insights, Creative Excellence, CX strategy, and digital transformation
- Manage content strategy and operating models for global brands
- Collaborate with zones and markets to ensure design excellence
- Engage with the Brand Council to build and implement scaled campaigns
- Identify and support global strategic partnerships
- Champion data-driven decision-making frameworks
- Raise brand building standards with unrivaled superiority and visibility
- Develop consumer-centric brand fundamentals with category and brand teams
- Lead integrated communication strategies and creative frameworks
- Focus on digital and social media to elevate brand engagement
- Work with creative and media agencies for impactful communication plans
- Ensure consistent brand experience across all touchpoints
- Lead a team of functional experts and develop their capabilities
