Anforderungen

  • Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's/Master's in sustainability, business, or related field
  • Eagerness to develop sales and commercial skills
  • Solid understanding of commercial dynamics
  • Knowledge of contracts, business cases, event management, corporate decision-making
  • Strong interest in climate action and sustainability
  • Prior exposure to carbon markets or related initiatives (ideal)
  • Tech-savvy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in CRM tools
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Analytical and detail-oriented
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Self-motivated
  • Solution-oriented
  • Thrive in fast-paced, multicultural environment
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Proficiency in German or additional languages (plus)
  • Willingness to apply even if not meeting 100% of criteria

Aufgaben

  • Support growth team in building go-to-market strategy
  • Contribute to demand generation and deal progression
  • Prepare high-quality materials for senior customer engagements
  • Prepare sales materials for growth initiatives
  • Help opportunities move through the sales funnel
  • Maintain CRM and ERP systems
  • Keep customer and opportunity data up to date
  • Support team with accurate pipeline and order information
  • Assist in planning and executing customer events
  • Help organize climate conferences and senior stakeholder engagements
  • Prepare materials and documentation for carbon removal deliveries
  • Support customer-facing updates for contracted deliveries
  • Contribute to RFP responses and customer portal activations
  • Prepare inputs for presentations and communication campaigns
  • Research carbon market trends and corporate procurement patterns
  • Analyze competitor activity and customer insights
  • Inform commercial priorities with market intelligence
  • Handle inbound sales requests
  • Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and other teams
  • Manage contracts, NDAs, invoices, and customer follow-ups
