Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in dentistry, medical, or orthodontics
- Highly preferred knowledge of clear aligner systems and mechanics
- Mandatory native German and fluent English language skills
- Strong presentation skills and ability to liaise with KEs, doctors, or business partners
- Team player, adaptable to multinational matrix organization
- Willingness to travel (up to 25%)
- Preferred knowledge of any additional European language
Aufgaben
- Support DACH/EMEA teams with clinical questions.
- Validate clinical aspects of marketing and education programs.
- Support clinical conversations with doctors.
- Escalate clinical questions and issues from doctors.
- Address doctor inquiries, complaints, and adverse events.
- Provide clinical support for treatment planning predictability.
- Provide clinical support for ORMCO APPROVER utilization.
- Collaborate to create clinical content materials.
- Collaborate to create e-learnings.
- Collaborate to create training modules.
- Validate clinical claims, case studies, and publications.
- Introduce clinical foundations of the product portfolio.
- Explain solution benefits for effective utilization.
- Escalate training needs to relevant stakeholders.
- Manage customer inquiries via internal platforms.
- Manage internal inquiries via internal platforms.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all inquiries.
- Provide excellent customer service.
