- Act as the primary alliance contact for site networks
- Design engagement and retention strategies for site participation
- Develop study planning frameworks to support site engagement
- Provide sites with updates on current and upcoming trials
- Create long-term collaboration roadmaps for clinical sites
- Localize and implement global key-relations strategies
- Translate global priorities into actionable local plans
- Collaborate with internal functions to ensure site satisfaction
- Serve as a coordinated point of contact for sites
- Gather site feedback on protocol and study designs
- Report site-level insights to clinical operations teams
- Support contracting activities to accelerate study start-up
- Facilitate best-practice exchange between the company and sites
