Client onboarding and implementation for wealth management platforms at financial institutions. Fluency in English and French, plus 5-8 years in financial services project management with wealth management platform expertise required. Autonomous, cross-functional team.
Anforderungen
- Mandatory fluency in English and French
- EU/EFTA national or valid Swiss work permit
- 5-8 years experience in project management, client success, or consulting within financial services, fintech, or wealth management
- Proven domain expertise in wealth management and investment advisory platforms
- Strong background in platform implementation, API integrations, and cloud-based solutions
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- Experience defining and maintaining project governance frameworks
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on, problem-solving mindset
- Comfort working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Contribution to continuous improvement of methodologies
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English and French
- Highly valued relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master, or SAFe)
Aufgaben
- Lead client onboarding and implementation projects.
- Ensure project quality, time, and budget.
- Liaise between clients and internal teams.
- Ensure seamless communication and efficient coordination.
- Develop and implement repeatable client frameworks.
- Establish structured governance models with stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and objectives.
- Tailor solutions and integration strategies.
- Act as a trusted client advisor.
- Guide clients on best practices.
- Support clients through the full lifecycle.
- Contribute to pre-sales activities with Sales and Product.
- Support solution design, proposals, and demonstrations.
- Collaborate with product and development teams.
- Address client requirements and resolve issues.
- Identify product and service enhancement opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze project performance.
- Track key project metrics.
- Proactively drive project improvements.
- Conduct client training sessions.
- Create user training materials.
- Prepare for Steering Committee meetings.
- Participate in Steering Committees.
- Present progress updates and recommendations.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to drive growth.
