Aufgaben
- Serve as day-to-day client contact
- Confirm client instructions
- Prepare client documentation, forms, and agreements
- Manage daily maturities for deposits, foreign exchange, options, bonds, and loans
- Handle cash management of account balances
- Process outgoing and incoming transfers
- Identify business opportunities to support financial targets
- Attract new clients using product and service offerings
- Execute and book financial transactions including bonds, equities, foreign exchanges, options, structured products, and alternative investments
- Coordinate workflow between First and Second Lines of Defense
- Share knowledge and collaborate within the business area
- Identify and improve internal processes and documentation
- Assist with account openings and periodic reviews
- Apply KYC policies and procedures
- Follow up on outstanding client documentation
- Ensure business compliance with cross-border rules and regulations
- Manage client inquiries by interacting with clients and internal teams
- Prepare and organize business trips, client events, and marketing initiatives
- Perform general administration of accounts
- Follow up on back-office corrections
- Comply with Swiss and internal rules and regulations
- Adhere to compliance standards
