- Supply chain software or technology industry experience preferred
- Proven track record managing large, complex client accounts
- Proven track record delivering successful projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Advanced degree preferred
- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles
- Strong understanding of supply chain management practices
- Proficiency in supply chain management software solutions
- Familiarity with project management tools
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills
- Exceptional negotiation skills
- Exceptional presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Aufgaben
- Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Serve as primary client contact
- Create tailored strategic account plans
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Oversee solution implementation and integration
- Ensure project timelines and milestones are met
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address issues
- Advocate for clients within the company
- Communicate client feedback to product teams
- Present regular updates and progress reports
- Participate in proposal development and contract negotiations
- Collaborate with sales and marketing for new business opportunities
