- Experience with global clients (plus)
- Experience managing international/cross-functional internal teams
- Driven by insights and analyses
- Comprehensive/logical strategy building based on insights
- Very good understanding of digital experience mechanisms
- Enjoyment of providing strategic client advice
- Successful profitable expertise selling
- Previous experience with agencies
- Experience with tech agencies (plus)
- Enthusiasm for current digital industry discussions/trends
- Experience with technology environments
- High level understanding of Platform, UX, UI Design
- Ability to present complex strategic ideas clearly on slides
- Ability to give clear instructions for future actions
- Very good understanding of reporting and analysis
- Professional working proficiency in German
- Excellent English skills
- Capability to work with clients in German
