Demonstrated experience leading compliance transformation/remediation/change
Experience supporting private banking/wealth management with international clients/family offices/complex structures

Strong understanding of international wealth management structures
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to influence senior stakeholders, regulators, auditors
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performance teams
Strong strategic thinking capabilities
Strong decision-making capabilities
Ability to operate in multicultural and international environments
Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate

Establish compliance strategy and annual plans
Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and ethical standards
Advise management on regulatory compliance and changes
Develop and implement compliance management and control environment
Act as main compliance representative and liaison with stakeholders
Manage relationships with regulators and supervisors
Advise on compliance-related matters and coordinate with other functions
Promote a strong compliance culture through training and communication
Monitor regulatory developments and best practices
Oversee implementation and review of compliance plans
Direct compliance committee and participate in top-level committees
