Anforderungen
- 2-4+ years channel sales/partner management experience (2+ years SaaS/high-tech)
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline or equivalent
- Good MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong understanding of sales processes and channel partner dynamics
- Working experience with DACH partners
- Proficiency in English and German (written and verbal)
Aufgaben
- Serve as primary contact for DACH partners
- Address partner needs and concerns
- Develop and execute joint partner business plans
- Execute strategic plans with channel partners
- Achieve sales targets through channel partners
- Recruit new partners in the region
- Lead partner onboarding processes
- Educate partners on products, services, and programs
- Provide training materials and resources to partners
- Deliver training sessions to partners
- Train partners on company products and services
- Support partners during the sales process
- Deliver sales presentations
- Organize product demonstrations
- Report on partner sales performance
- Report on partner renewal targets
- Report on partner goal progress
- Assist with partner deal registration
- Track deal status weekly
- Collaborate with internal teams for partner resources
