- Experience working in matrixed organizations
- Willingness and ability to travel
Aufgaben
- Manage and grow relationships with third-party partners and VARs
- Drive indirect revenue growth for enterprise software in Germany
- Identify and sell to customers through partners
- Register and qualify complex enterprise opportunities
- Manage opportunities through the entire sales cycle
- Deliver sales, product, and technical training to customers
- Collaborate with VAR resources on training delivery
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts for regional VAR business
- Analyze growth industries and target market trends
- Identify SMB hidden champions with high growth potential
- Build trusted relationships with partner executive leadership
- Establish clear rules of engagement for channel challenges
- Facilitate resolution between partners and direct sales
- Communicate partner needs and feedback to internal teams
- Identify and recruit new strategic partners
- Onboard partners to fill geographic and technical gaps
- Create and implement annual and quarterly business plans
- Define revenue targets and marketing activities with partners
- Set training schedules and pipeline generation goals
- Lead performance management for the partner portfolio
- Supervise and report on partner sales activity
- Monitor pipeline health and key performance indicators
