- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Very good with numbers and strong analytical skills
- Drive for results and ownership of sourcing projects
Aufgaben
- Monitor chemicals, enzymes, and packaging markets
- Analyze supply and demand trends and pricing
- Create reports for key internal stakeholders
- Define medium and long-term sourcing strategies
- Optimize sourcing options to reduce costs and drive value
- Lead sourcing projects from demand assessment to contract closure
- Request quotes and evaluate offers from suppliers
- Implement contracts in ERP systems and inform stakeholders
- Identify and evaluate new suppliers while maintaining existing relationships
- Manage day-to-day operations with vendors
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with relevant functions
- Perform supplier audits in collaboration with Quality
- Support and lead global projects in relevant categories as needed
- Prepare annual budget details with the FP&A team
- Provide regular budget updates throughout the year
