- Confident user of Microsoft Office 365 (Excel); SAP and Ariba experience is a plus
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
Aufgaben
- Lead a global team with full accountability for strategy development and implementation
- Support the business through value creation and innovation initiatives
- Engage in hands-on management of key supplier relationships
- Ensure supply security and cost efficiency
- Manage strategic supplier portfolio for sustained competitiveness
- Develop and execute supply stream strategies
- Identify and drive key programs to achieve cost-saving targets
- Define the optimal supplier base based on market and business needs
- Lead the supply base towards an optimal total cost approach
- Enable long-term, sustainable, and profitable growth
- Negotiate strategic agreements including supply, joint development, and confidentiality
