Aufgaben
- Provide strategic and operational leadership to the microbiology team
- Ensure GMP-compliant laboratory operations
- Drive continuous process improvements
- Manage budget, revenue, and profitability
- Oversee capacity planning
- Develop the service portfolio
- Contribute to business expansion
- Collaborate with QA, Operations, Sales, and Eurofins’ international network
- Coach, motivate, and develop team members
- Represent the Business Unit to customers, partners, and authorities
