QC Microbiology Scientist(m/w/x)

Anforderungen

• Completed studies in life sciences (pharmacy, biochemistry, biology, ideally microbiology)
• At least 3 years relevant professional experience in regulated environment (ISO 17025, GLP, ideally GMP)
• Experience in pharmaceutical quality control (microbiology, clean water analysis)
• Technical expertise in utility testing (TOC, conductivity, cleaning validation, gas testing) (plus)
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Solid understanding of IT and Office applications, ideally LIMS experience
• Affinity for digitalization and computer system validation
• Ideally project management experience
• Business driven mindset
• Team player, responsibility, reliability, flexibility
• Excellent German and good English skills
• French language skills (advantage)

Aufgaben

• Lead projects implementing new analytical methods
• Lead projects implementing new equipment
• Plan with internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with GMP, regulations, and quality standards
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables
• Provide technical expertise on analytical methods
• Prepare and review equipment qualification documents
• Prepare and review method validation and transfer documents
• Train and mentor laboratory staff
• Supervise customer projects, including utility qualification testing
• Supervise subcontracted analytical services within Eurofins
• Plan and organize customer projects
• Review technical documents, plans, and validation reports
• Map and configure projects in the LIMS system
• Ensure proper, timely, and GMP-compliant analytical execution
• Approve analysis results and reports
• Supervise ongoing customer projects
• Provide scientific support for customer projects
• Participate in acquiring new projects
• Process laboratory deviations and root cause analyses
• Optimize general processes
• Further develop the site
