Aufgaben
- Analyze business, project, and program requirements
- Develop solutions with developers, architects, and DBAs
- Configure Oracle Application R12 modules
- Manage Order Management, Billing, and Supply Chain tasks
- Update MD 050 documentation for system customizations
- Proactively optimize existing system solutions and processes
- Train business users and team members
- Document solutions for the strategic IPP platform
- Evaluate data and specifications to prioritize implementations
- Resolve business support requests through cross-team collaboration
- Perform root cause analysis on business processes
- Model technical approaches using standard software
- Collaborate with global product teams and key customers
- Ensure fulfillment of all customer SLAs
- Support business users across several EBS R12 modules
