Aufgaben
- Act as Functional Lead for Allocation and Replenishment
- Align program initiatives with specific business needs
- Manage end-to-end processes across different functions
- Lead subject matter experts and manage projects
- Define business requirements and future-state processes
- Contribute to and review key design decisions
- Sign off on User Acceptance Testing scenarios
- Coordinate UAT participants and ensure testing completion
- Perform integration testing with expert support
- Champion change and drive process adoption
- Oversee team training and internal communications
- Phase out legacy solutions and processes
- Implement industry best practices for operational excellence
- Develop advanced systems for competitive advantage
- Maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Ensure timely and high-quality system implementation
