- Manage all licenses
- Recommend and establish license strategy
- Ensure processes align with corporate policy
- Execute timely and cost-effective license purchasing
- Plan IT licenses for business applications
- Procure required licenses with IT contract management
- Administer IT licenses in a central database
- Provide evaluations and statistics on IT licenses
- Manage full cycle of license purchases and agreements
- Secure license and contract compliance
- Coordinate with Asset Management for inventory
- Ensure audit-proof license administration
- Avoid penalties and risks for the company
- Provide timely license provision for IT services
